The room block includes Thursday, September 17 through Saturday, September 19, 2026, with the PTC rate also available for additional nights before or after the meeting, subject to availability. Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance.

Kick off the weekend with an optional 18-hole round at Burlington Country Club, a classic course designed by Donald Ross. Set against Vermont’s late-summer beauty, it’s a memorable way to ease into the weekend, no matter your skill level.
FRIDAY
September 18, 2026

Explore the renowned Shelburne Museum, home to over 150,000 works of art and Americana across more than 25 historic buildings. Highlights include the Pizzagalli Art and Education Center and the special exhibition and lecture, “Norman Rockwell at Home in Vermont.” The visit will include a docent-led tour of the museum’s expanded collection of Americana.
Lunch:
Enjoy lunch at the Shelburne Museum.
Bus Schedule:
9:30 AM: Depart Hotel Champlain
2:00 PM: Return to Hotel Champlain

Gather for a welcome reception in Hotel Champlain’s Vermont Conference Room, featuring generous hors d’oeuvres and beautiful views of Lake Champlain.

After the reception, enjoy dinner at one of Burlington’s many excellent restaurants. Recommendations will be provided soon.
SATURDAY

Attend a half-day educational program featuring faculty from the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine and UVM Children’s Hospital.
Breakfast will be served in the Hoehl Gallery, followed by the scientific program and PTC business meeting.

7:45 AM: Depart Hotel Champlain for the Scientific Program at the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont
12:30 PM: Depart the University of Vermont and return to Hotel Champlain

For guests participating in the Shelburne Farms tour, breakfast will be on your own. Enjoy breakfast at Lily’s Café at Hotel Champlain or explore additional nearby options. Descriptions and directions to recommended locations will be provided.

Enjoy a guided tour of Shelburne Farms, exploring the historic Webb estate designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. Learn about the farm’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and education, guided by the vision of the Webb and Vanderbilt families and the broader community that continues their legacy today.
The docent-led tour will include the grounds, the Victorian Coach Barn, and a behind-the-scenes look at the estate’s historic buildings, including the Inn, the former summer residence of the Webb family. These remarkable structures have been thoughtfully preserved and adapted for modern use.
The experience concludes with tea and scones at the Inn, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy the beauty and history of this extraordinary property.

Enjoy free time to explore downtown Burlington. Stroll Church Street, visit local shops, or treat yourself to Vermont favorites, like a stop at Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop or a short walk to one of the local maple creemee stands.
The remainder of the afternoon is free for exploration. Information about recommended activities and nearby attractions will be provided.

End the day with waterfront cocktails and dinner at ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center, a science and nature museum located along the Burlington waterfront. We will walk from Hotel Champlain to ECHO for an evening together overlooking Lake Champlain.

Gather at Hotel Champlain for a closing breakfast and special presentation about Vermont Green Football Club, a nationally recognized soccer club whose men’s and women’s teams have achieved national championships.
